Off to a Diwali celebration adorning this beautiful designer sari!
To start with, I just adore saris.
Oh! If I can, I would love to wear sari every single day.
A sari has so much grace and oomph at the same time. While growing up I saw my grandma, my mom, and aunts wearing it. They looked divine in sari with all the accessories-bangles, earrings, etc. and that charming big round Bindi on the forehead!
Always used to think, when will I get to drape those enigmatic 6 yards.
Too much nostalgia that I can’t even explain!
Well, this one is from famous Satya Paul’s Ramayan collection and is called Sita Sari, with a brief description of the deer that caught Sita’s attention, and mine too…wink wink!
This is a beautiful sari full of attractive colors depicting Ram’s love for Sita. The idea behind it, and of course beautiful hues of pink made me fall for this one.
I am wearing it with a black Obi leather belt that has cherry blossom embroidery, and a black lacy crop top. You can see, I am trying to give a concept saree look here, and absolutely loving it!
Talking about belts, this season I have fallen in love with belts. These belts can structure and uplift any outfit including saris. It is a must have for every closet.
I am so much smitten by the belts that I will be doing a separate post on them pretty soon.

Whenever we want to carry tradition with a style twist!
