Loved our Sunday hike in this beautiful mountain. Weather was superb too with the clouds fluffing across the sky and sun sparkling in between and pretty yellow flowers blooming along the way. Extremely picturesque!
For Charlotte people it is at just an hour drive. Less crowded and also has option for rock climbers. We took Grindstone trail to hollow rock trail, it is moderate to strenuous 4 miles long walk.
