A moment from many years back:)
Living in present is a gift and having a healthy mind and body is a blessing. Feeding it good thoughts resting it well etc etc… but who am I to give advice.
Just saying, eat healthy, work out, watch the sleep pattern…well these are important things but releasing happy harmones by laughing a lot, yes laughter… choose to laugh.
Dedicating 2020 to laughter and if you see me laughing by myself don’t think I am crazy just join me in my laughter party. It is a big part of staying healthy!
Few simple things I do that work for me, Detoxification once a week, walking on treadmill, adding fruits and salad to daily diet, choosing healthy options for the meals, drinking water, watching my sleeping pattern, AND being around people who know how to laugh because that laughter dose ‘IS’ important.
