What: This saree is almost 2 decades old. Love the silk thread work all over.
How: Wore it with the traditional blouse several times. So this time thought of giving a fusion look with the corset top and linen skirt. For me it takes lot of planning to wear a saree this heavy, so made the pallu (over the shoulder) pleats beforehand. Also, for saree this thick I did the pleats on the skirt wide and spread out to give a lehenga touch. The whole look came out well as desired.
Where: This look I created for Durga Pooja keeping the auspicious red and white in mind.
