What: Silk Saree with a border, tube top, underskirt or petticoat, choker set, Obi belt, black bangles, heels
How: Wear the Saree the normal way, till you come to the pallu. Wear a tube top and take the pallu around the bust and make spread out pleats and tuck in the tube top. Wear the obi belt to add definition to waist. And here is the final look as you see in the pic. Use safety pins as needed.
